Mia Doi Todd

b. June 30th 1975

Classically trained vocalist, Mia Doi Todd began writing songs as a student at Yale University. Her first three albums were her alone with a guitar, all on small independent labels. Her fourth album was released on Sony Music Entertainment Inc., and consisted completely of reworkings of songs from her past three albums.
Mia has lent her voice to a number of projects over the years, including Dntel, Beachwood Sparks, Nobody, Adventure Time, Frausdots, Folk Implosion, The, Mission, The, Saul Williams, Prefuse 73, Flying Lotus, vosotros and Winter Flowers

She also owns the label City Zen Records as an output for her own work.
