Michael Bishop
Profile:
Former bassist for the Richmond, VA-based metal band, Gwar, who performed with them in the role of Beefkake The Mighty (later changed to Beefcake by other performers) from 1988 until the end of 1993. He also sang lead vocals and played bass for indie-rock outfit, Kepone. Eventually, he would go on to teach music history at the University of Virginia.
