Reviews & Discussion

Review by rhdinah Dec 13, 2004 (edited over 5 years ago)
Michael joined Trocadero Transfer during and after the Bobby Viteritti and Trip Ringwald period. Michael's style was different from the high energy sets normally heard at the Troc. He could imaginatively spin superior music that was never heard before at the club and was master of B-side, between the breaks style of music programming. For me he hit his greatest period while spinning the busy nights at The Detour, a SF Gay leather bar in the Castro. His unique sleaze sets and get down and dirty programming added to the magic of the nights in this sexually-charged club. When Michael was upstairs at the tables when you arrived, you knew you were in for a great time.
