Miss X was a pseudonym used by actress Joyce Blair - sister of the infamous tap dancer, TV parlour game contestant and all-round family entertainer, Lionel Blair. Her saucy single, "Christine", was banned by the BBC as it was suspected to refer to the (then recent) Profumo affair.
