Often overshadowed by Flat Beat, Mr.Oizo to me is one of the bizarre and unique producers of dance music, as its really hard to define the style he does. whether its the slighty trip hop breakbeat-esque Analog Worms Attack or his later crazy glitched masterpieces like the moustache album or patrick122 single, oizo pushes a sound which stands well with both special taste listeners and normal listeners of electronic music. You must hear or see one of his livesets to really appreciate this man fully, as he doesn't play an hours worth mix of rubbish house music, but often delves into everything from the Timezone's wildstyle to the white stripes back catalogue. a truely overlooked genius.
