The common project between Nick Dalagelis and John Dalagelis who form together a strong production duo.
Multicultural characters - as they were born in the USA, but raised in Greece - the two brothers started a vast record collection of electronic music since a very early age. Soon, they got involved with DJing in parties mainly inspired by artists like Orbital, Aphex Twin and New Order.
In 1994, they started hosting their own radio shows in Greece and their eclectic sound made them decide to produce their own music. Since 1998, John entered the world of DJing and started building up steadily a name, while his studies as a sound engineer, increased his experience and knowledge.
That is when they decided to move to New York city in order to create their own studio - Dalasounds studio. Given the great success of their first EP, they were asked to do remixes for acclaimed labels like Saw Recordings and Fade Records.
Since then, things got in a row for them and, nowadays, Nick and John’s productions can be described as a combination of lush atmospheric soundscapes and powerful percussive rhythms which is applied to numerous kinds of music - from breaks to experimental, to progressive and tech house.
