Niko Skorpio was born in 1974 and lives in Finland. He began making music in extreme metal and soon moved on to electronic music because he favored the possibilities of composition. He now creates various types of electronic and experimental music and runs the label Some Place Else.

He also creates visual art through the company MooPica Design.
