It is known that Novel 23 uses vintage analog synths in his song production. Older analog synths ,with their aging and fragile circuitry, have a habit of losing their tune and sometimes express strayed pitch effects that are not intended. That my be why a lot of the tones/notes in his melody structures seem to pitch bend in a unpleasant manner. The result is a bit amatuer sounding.
