Profile:
A Polish vocal group formed in Warsaw in 1964.

NOVI stands for New Original Vocal Instruments. All of the members were multi-instrumentalists at the Warsaw Conservatory and close-harmony singers as well.

Novi Singers' take on jazz singing is highly original, and the band gained a modest cult following after Jazzanova issued a compilation of their 1960's and 1970's recordings.
