OOOD are three blokes from Oxford whose mission is to have a good time, spread a little joy and write some blinding hard psychedelic trance in the process. A live band at heart, OOOD have been gigging since they formed in mid 1994 and have earned a loyal home crowd in Oxford, honing their craft at local events such as Vitality and Transmission before playing further afield.

A live band at heart, OOOD have been gigging since they formed in 1994, honing their craft at local events such as Vitality and Transmission before playing further afield. On the London party circuit their performances include sets at the Brixton Fridge for Return To The Source, Otherworld and Science Fiction; Bagleys Studios for Escape From Samsara, and Tyssen Street Studios for Pagan, Cosmic Carrot, Psubliminal Psychedelia and others. The list goes on and as well as smaller London venues includes parties all over the UK. Abroad, they have played DJ or live sets at parties in New York, Israel, France, Greece, Ireland and South Africa.

OOOD sets are, indeed, mostly live, alternating 100% sequenced tracks with special mixes off DAT and CD (but always with an extra live twist) and have been described in Dream Creation magazine as "bang on, with a power and a quality all too often lacking from some of the more well-known artists."

Labels that have released OOOD music and collaborations include Flying Rhino, Phantasm, Matsuri, Psychic Deli, and Cabbaged who released their debut album "aLIVE" in 1997. One of the members of the band is the designer of the Mutator analogue filter unit.
