Hiphop group hailing from Queens New York.
Put on by Jam Master Jay in the early 90's Onyx had massive success on the Hiphop scene with their "Bacdafucup" LP and the huge singles "Slam" and "Throw Ya Gunz".
They released more records as a group and members Sticky Fingaz and Fredro Starr have gone on to some solo success. Fredro is probably best known as an actor now.

"Bacdafucup" featured possibly the most creative spelling on any Hiphop album to date.
