I loved Harthouse, Harthouse was I guess my first big music experience and I will always love it because of that. And in Harthouse there were like three "stars" whose names popped up on everything I loved; Eternal Basement, Jiri.Ceiver and Patrick Lindsey. Patrick Lindseys style back then was highly experimental, aggressive, almost like rock'n'roll without the long hair and narcissism. :D
He made not only these very exiting soundscapes but I guess most of all really REALLY tried to communicate with music more than most of the other Harthousers. And thus "Torment" was probably the first techno tune that I really loved.
So as you see this is a review of what he was back in Harthouse and kind of offense to him as an artist to judge him only based on that. I promise I'll check out his homepage now and see what he's doing at this point. But I can say at this point, no doubt he's got a mind for music.
