Patrick Mameli is founding member and main songwriter for Dutch technical Death Metal band Pestilence. After their demise in 1994 he stopped playing guitar totally for almost a decade. Some years later he regained his love for playing guitar and started his project C-187 together with former Cynic (2), Atheist and Pestilence session bass player Tony Choy, drummer Sean Reinert (Cynic (2); many others ...) and vocalist Tony Jelencovich (B-thong, Transport League); resulting in the 2007 album "Collision".
Early 2008 Patrick announced the reformation of Pestilence, a new album was released April 2009.
