Phil "Gandalf The Wizard" Austin

Another living legend of lacquer-cutting. His initials, "pa" along with the month/year, are found in the dead-wax of numerous House classics since the 80's. Phil has been incredibly helpful and useful to discographers and discoggers alike by dating his mastering work. He has also mastered-and-cut his share of massive and seminal "Pop", like that 15-plus-minute, chart-topping masterpiece "Rapper's Delight"!
