Philippe Van Mullem is the producer from Quadran. Releasing the first Bonzai Trance Progressive ever back in 1994 he was the one hat made the difference and started an a new era in trance music not only via the former Lightning Records but also all over the globe!!! After having hits with Eternally and the follow up single Free Your Mind, Quadran became more progressive till the day Unlovable got released featuring Tasha Joan Paul!!! That release feature a blasting M.I.K.E. remix that still hits the decks throughout the world regularly!!!

Philippe Van Mullem is not a producer who produces songs for the dance-scene.
His early songs "The Secret Folder" & "La 7ieme Note", in the period of 1997 - 2000, are the best songs from him.
They are "just-sit-back-and-relax" productions with outstanding strings and moody melodies.

His latest release "Waiting For A Train" is for me a disappointment. It has less pure "progy" sounds than some of his previous works.

But I can wait for his new "back to basics" productions instead of Waiting for a train.
