Born in New York to a Sicilian-American mother and Russian-Polish father, eclectisism was bred into her bones. In 1994 she cut her first demo tape on a roomates' boyfriend's 4-track. The tape instantly won praise from press & records companies, all complimenting her lyrical flow & inventive sampling. Released her first LP 'Strictly Platinium' in 1995 on an idependent label, having turned down the majors due to her need not to compromise. Founded 'A Big Rich Major Label' in 1997, which she later renamed 'The Corrupt Conglomerate' after the big label merger of 1999. She writes words & music, produce & play guitar, keyboard, drums and deejay. Her fifth LP 'My Machine' is an epic futuristic hip-hopera concept album, light years away from regular hip-hop albums.
