Question

The Question series was a great find for me in the late '90's being on the hunt for Marco Carola tunes. Each Question release offers 4 strong tracks ranging from minimal to really groovin' tunes but all wrapped around a space-echo'd dubby sound that is chill and relaxed but not boring or washed out. The production is impeccable as are most tunes from Marco and the sounds are first class. These records are timeless for me, they will always have a place in the hall of techno to represent that dub-tech flavor, the Question Series has avoided the typical sounds of a house track... these are definitely techno, no doubt about it.
