| Profile: | With undeniable musical chemistry and armed with an arsenal of synthesizers, samplers and effects units Richard (aka: Poor Boy Rich) first entered the electronic music scene in 1990. As word of his skills spread, bookings through out Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Great Britain and all over the U.S. swiftly followed.
From Live PAs to DJing, Richard has found himself opening and sharing the stage along side the likes of Plastikman / Richie Hawtin, Frankie Bones, Freddie Fresh, Dj Slip, Mark Verbos, DJ Jethro X, Jedidiah the Messiah, Mark EG, ESP Woody McBride, DJ Man at Arms, Hyperactive, Terry Mullan and a whole slew of other heavy hitters.
With his sharp and dominating releases on such labels as Aciiieeed Records, Acid Tracks, Acid Jack, Acid Allstars, Alien Imprint, Communique’, Drop Bass Network, Fluid Grooves, Primal Instict, Sony Music and his own label, "Trilateral Records", Richard has found himself pushing his and others’ boundaries in collaborations under Acid Pranksters, Cast of Shadows, 303 Mafia and Unit 303.
Richard stretches the known boundaries of electronic music and captivates with profound and conceptual sets textured with acid, house, progressive and techno leaving listeners with a unique and provoking audio experience.
