Robert "Bumps" Blackwell was an American songwriter, arranger and producer. First and best known for his early hits performed by Little Richard. Later recognized for being covered by Elvis Presley, Beatles, The, Creedence Clearwater Revival and others.

He has co-written such songs as "Long Tall Sally", "Ready Teddy", "Rip It Up", "Good Golly Miss Molly" and "All Around The World".

Do not mistake with Otis Blackwell.
