SΔ3 EVETS aka Steve Natrix aka L3 nOEL, born Phillipe Genion is the mastermind of such groups as à;GRUMH..., Polar Praxis, nEGAPADRÉS.3.3., Theee Rebearth Corporation, A Chud Convention (participation with Skinny Puppy), Gladztok, The Penultimate Infinity, A Finger Society and Confite Sonar.
He's also the founder of Titicaca Records & Tapes (TTKK) and
Circle Records.
Starting out in the late 70's/early 80's SΔ3 EVETS was forming bands with everybody on the sole basis of a performance or the idea of the moment. At the same time he also founded his own almost occult society the T-Circle, which would become his ultimate fanbase. Lots of the tapes released by TTKK were for T-Circle members only.
