Formed in 1996 Sand have constantly tread the lines between different genres.
They mix Cinematic/Electronic/Rock/Noise elements to create their own soundworld.
Pushing the boundaries with their live events; they have performed with the Japanese Karas Dance Company in Tokyo with goats, chickens, cows and rabbits; the Vienna Opera House, a London graveyard and a Slaughterhouse; often accompanied with their own experimental films.
