Born on 18.08.1945 in Trenton, New Jersey.
She started as a member of Patti LaBelle And The Bluebells
She collaborated with Rolling Stones, The and later in the 80's with Keith Richards And The X-Pensive Winos.
She started her solo career in 1978 and released three albums in the disco period and one more in the late 80's.
She kept on switching to high - NRG with some singles produced by Patrick Cowley and in 1990 one single produced by John "Jellybean" Benitez.
She dueted with Nile Rodgers ("My Love Song For You"), Ray, Goodman & Brown ("Don't Make Me Wait") and Patti LaBelle ("You're All I Need").
