Seefeel was my introduction to electronic music back in 1995, their "Quique" album is without parallel at that time. Think of Cocteau Twins meets "Incunabula"-era Autechre...
The delayed-fx female vocals were one of the big standards of this project, and though they add some 4/4 beats and percussive elements, these are minimal, keeping a vibe of excellent ambient textures with fractal loops of guitars, basses and fx.
