Sam Shackleton, born in Lancashire and now resident in Berlin, is the most intriguing producer who emerged during the early rise of the Dubstep scene, running the now defunct label Skull Disco alongside Appleblim from 2005 to 2008.

Shackleton launched the label Woe To The Septic Heart! in 2010.

The branch is weak.....has to be his finest moment so far.
He really needs to get rid of those pitter patter pitter patter tom toms he seems to have used on everything recently.

I'm surprised why nobody has made a review about this man. Shackleton is pretty much a genius and one of the pioneers of the darker and more tribal trends within dubstep. Believe it or not, I was actually introduced to dubstep because of him. He has been within the scene since nearly the beginning and continues to influence many to this day. And the best part about him is that he is still active in making new works, so I always keep looking forward to something new from him all the time.
