Sharam Jey's foray into house music began in the early 90s when he began clubbing at the Warehouse in Cologne, the city's biggest club and home to what was the start of the techno & house scene in Germany. Sharam went every week, but soon found that he wanted to try, and let others experience, something a bit different to the harder music he heard there. In 1993 Sharam started his own more housey residency at a club called B9 in Aachen near Cologne, where he was the main resident DJ for five years.

His remixing skills are equally impressive; from his funky, yet fuzzy remix of Mylo's "In My Arms", to his glitching version of Kraak & Smaak's "Money In The Bag" [which is such a different sound to the original - which is also recommended] and recently he have DJ Delicous & Till West's "Same Man" a slightly more fuzzy sound.
This guy comes recommended to those who enjoy breakbeat or funked-up electro house.
