Probably one of the best that DHR had to offer, David Hammer was such a good talented producer who i wished would of done more. he shaped what was a different kind of digital hardcore/breakcore sound, with his unique giddy, and often drug related sound. his finest moment to me was reading about his interview in the about often self destructive Give Up project, which apparently ended after the 1997 DHR tour when he attacked one of the members on stage. if you are new to his stuff i suggest getting his monumental Shizuo Vs Shizor album, which is the only full length he released, which showcases his weird sampling style (all done on MPC) to doing unique weird covers of The cramps and blondie. brilliant artist, sadly missed.
