Sincola

Profile:
1992-1997
"An all-female trio with an all-male duo." -- Chepo

Sincola formed in 1992 by Kris Patterson. They played their first show in January 1993. In 1994, Sincola won the Austin Chronicle's Music Award "Best EP" for their self-titled release. Caroline Records signed the band during that summer. Sincola released two albums with Caroline when the label suddenly dropped them. Sincola broke up in 1997. They have since had two reunion shows at The Hole In The Wall.
