The Soft Pink Truth is the alter ego of Drew Daniel, who is one half of the San Francisco experimental electronic duo Matmos (with M.C. Schmidt). Drew honed his b-boy skills as a would be breakdancer in Louisville, Kentucky in elementary school in the 80s, started making electronic music in high school with broken tape recorders and turntables and has been at it ever since.
