"Stealing Orchestra is a band from Portugal that explores music through sampling and real instruments since 1997" and was formed as "a soundtrack to the visual universe of Armando Brás", the creator of most of the band's album artwork and an artist in his own right.
In 2001 they launched their "You Are Not Stealing Records" label.
