Born on August 6th, 1986, Dunaharaszti, Hungary.

Levente Márton started producing his own music at the age of 13, driven by influences of The Prodigy, Vangelis, Moby, Mike Oldfield and Coldplay. He wrote music for himself, but always dreamed of going to public and reaching wide audience. He took part in various remix competitions in Hungary and went on successfully, getting encouraging feedback. Self-confident, he decided to send one of his productions - P.U.M.A. to several world-famous labels. Anjunabeats' response was quite quick and that made Levente very excited. Above & Beyond played P.U.M.A. in their weekly radio show Trance Around The World, and soon they signed the contract. In February 2006, Márton's debut release "P.U.M.A. / Cassiopeia" was released. Then P.U.M.A. went to and was played by such famous DJ's as Paul Van Dyk and Armin Van Buuren. Due to success of Anjunabeats' 56th release, Levente started receiving requests for remix productions, guest mixes, venue bookings and lots of positive response from listeners.

One of my favourite artists to date and without doubt, one of the best artists to signed up on the mighty Anjunabeats label. The sound that he creates is incredibly distinctive yet still remains well within the realms of uplifting/euphoric progressive or dream trance etc, so there's something for both the connoisseurs and commercially attuned trance fans.

This notable feature of his work can be demonstrated to its greatest effect in tracks like "PUMA" and "Blue Bird", which can be best described as mellow and atmospheric-yet with an almost overwhelming feeling of complete euphoria. Just imagine Nitrous Oxide or Daniel Kandi but with softer pads, smoother cross-overs, greater ambience and multi-layered progression throughout.

Musically there are no negatives about his work other than the frequency of his releases; only 4 in 3 years :( Please get some more Anjuna tracks on the go Levente!

In conclusion, a very highly recommended artist to follow for all trance lovers, and in my opinion Sunny Lax is the King of 'Dream Trance'...10/10
