Taurus & Vaggeli formed in 2006 and have steadily grown into one of the hottest up and coming duos in Electronic Dance Music. The US based duo comprised of Leon Weingrad and Angelo Bratsis, have an eclectic sound that crosses boundaries between House, Electro, Techno and a twist of Pop. Their cutting edge sound has grabbed the attention of many top industry talents and labels across the globe.
Over the past 2 years they have released music on Definitive, Circle, Vacation, BugEyed, Emotive, Kingdom Kome Cuts and have no plans of slowing down at all. Some of their more notable tracks from the duo’s discography include “Go Electro”, “Crock It”, “Kommati”, “Does It Hurt”, and “Chikleta”. Support and plays of their productions has come from many different top tier DJ’s in their respective genres, including the likes of John Acquaviva, Chris Lake, Carl Cox, Dave Spoon, Francois K, and David Vendetta to name a few.
Coming up this year, the duo will have a full-length debut album along with vocalist Mark Richardson. They have also been busy with a lot of remix work and will also be releasing some singles from the album. Along with their production schedule, Taurus & Vaggeli plans on doing some more DJ shows in Europe and the US along with a planned visit to Ibiza this year. The duo will also be debuting their Live Music act to coincide with the release and tour of their new album.

Taurus & Vaggeli in short time, have put out music on Circle Music, Bugeyed Records, Emotive Sounds, Dj Center Records, Wave Music, Teggno Records, Playloop Records, Germany's A45 / Zentimental Records, a sub division of A45 Music. Their cutting edge dance floor friendly tracks have found themselves on DJ's playlist globally and have also been heard on Carl Cox's Global, XM Radio, VONYC Radio (Berlin), Club FG (France), Shibuya FM (Japan) and Kiss FM in the UK. They have also done remixes for King Britt, Lil Louis, Jan Hammer, Jennifer Paige, David Vendetta, Gforty, The Model, Elektrik Haze, and Jerome Baker.

Taurus & Vaggeli have more in store with plans on completing a full length album in 2008 along with touring as DJ's. Vaggeli (Angelo Bratsis) becomes the new A & R for Teggno Records. The duo also plans to feature a monthly Mix on their every growing popular podcast internet page. They plan on featuring new tracks, new productions and remixes on the show. The guys have plenty of busy work ahead of them as they have plans to remix King Britt, Robert Babicz, David Vendetta, The Model and Tattoo Detectives. Also in works are original productions for Emotive Sounds, Circle Music, BugEyed Records, Teggno Records, Wave Music, Eletrodomesticos and Playloop Records. With great success in such little time, Taurus & Vaggeli only look to grow their sound into a world wide epidemic.
