Theorem has been the first artist to catapult to me in the universe of the "Minimal sound".
With the exception of others which Plastikman (aka Richie Hawtin), whose sounds are much more dark and disturbed (the last album is from example for all: “Closer”), perhaps or Sutekh, than is currently the more enigmatic composer in the scene of the minimal and Experimental sound (you see as an example: “Periods Make Sense”), the rhythms of Dale Lawrence (aka Theorem) are lend to being best listened, the groove it seems to slip as a soft velvet carpet and the result is at least exciting.
From the trace dub to that one minimal-techno, Theorem always succeeds to space, inserting of the mixed only tonalities to noises that seem to come from other worlds.
To define him like a composer from the sound "romantic", it does not seem to be risked.

Since 1995, Theorem has heading Detroit's next generation of Hybrid-Techno producers. His debut album Nano (plus8) was succeeded by 1997's Mantra One Single (plus8) introducing advanced factorsheard in this new series.
