Tom Kubli

Originally from Heidelberg and a studied jazz guitar player, Kubli moved to Köln to study at the Kunsthochschule für Medien from 1999 to 2004. Already part of the evolving electronic scene that centered around Move D's Source Records and Dirk Mantei's Hd800 club, and after notable sucess with Planet Jazz on Harthouse, he developed new forms of experimental electronica jazz (Barjazz Mit Begleitautomaten) and electro-acoustic sounds on his own BMB Label. He works as a freelance developer and producer in the field of electroacoustic music for the radio and in various art environments.
