The first instrument the 23-year-old Till Krüger from Stuttgart played was an accordion. After he had finished school, he started to produce techno music; deeply impressed by the Detroit Techno like Jeff Mills and Robert Hood as well as European followers like Joris Voorn or Alexander Kowalski. After releasing two tracks on German net label compilations, he signed with the Cologne-based Techno label 200 Records. 200 Records is proud of discovering this fresh artist who gives the label spectrum a new, deep and important colour. End of May 200 Records has released his debut “Wrong Shirt EP”, which was supported by Richie Hawtin, John Digweed, Laurent Garnier, Fra, Karotte, Slam, Mark Henning, Italoboyz and many more! The German music magazine DE:BUG says: „A brilliant debut!“.
Cocoon Recordings has licensed two tracks of Till Krüger’s “Wrong Shirt EP” for Sven Väth’s Compilation “Sound of the Eleventh Season”: “Wrong Shirt” & “Wumme”.
