Toni Toolz (commonly misspelled as Tony Toolz or Tony Tools) is a London based producer, musician, DJ, remixer and partner in Heavy Duty Productions. Since his infancy Toni has always been involved in music, experimenting with various instruments but since discovering the power of early computer based music he hasn't looked back...
From forming bands with schoolmates and DJing since his early teens, to focusing on producing original music, over the years Toni has collaborated with dozens of artists in the studio. Various productions under as many different guises, have been released on labels such as Axis Trax, Edel, EMI, Mute, Universal, Virgin etc. Also in recent years, he has officially remixed N*E*R*D, Kelis and Moby to name a few, enjoying the massive DJ support including BBC Radio 1 airplay by the likes of Pete Tong and Zane Lowe etc.
More recently, Toni has joined forces with long term collaborator and business partner Stu Bartos under their "Heavy Duty Brothers" guise. The first of many scheduled releases entitled "Bounce" is receiving global airplay, huge worldwide DJ support, an ever-growing fan base and has reached the number 1 spot in several digital download charts.
