Real Name:Alex Gimeno
Profile:The mind behind URSULA 1000 is none other than the mild mannered Alex Gimeno. He's a Sagittarius and his favorite color is blue. Alex grew up in sizzling Miami Beach, where he honed his skills by drumming in pop groups and dj-ing exotica to house and everything in between! Now residing in New York City, he is signed to the highly respected Eighteenth Street Lounge Music label operated by Washington DC's Thievery Corporation. Keeping up with the jet setting image, you can catch URSULA 1000 dj-ing his transcontinental grooves at discothèques worldwide. When in New York you can also catch him at his weekend residencies at the swank APT and the Soho Grand Lounge.
