Relatively short-lived (1979 to 1981) new-wave rock band from Guildford, UK, formed around Dave Fenton. Managed by Bruce Foxton of The Jam and Paul Weller's father, John Weller, they enjoyed world-wide success with their second single Turning Japanese. After 2 albums, tours of the US, UK and Australia, subsequent disenchantment with the insincerity of the record idustry and a lukewarm reception to their second album, the band called it a day.
