Vibracathedral Orchestra is Julian Bradley, Neil Campbell, Bridget Hayden, Adam Davenport and Michael Flower. They have been playing as a quintet since September 1998, although previous to this they were playing in private as two separate trios, sharing a common member in Michael Flower.
The music is usually built around fixed tonal drones - improvised all played live, and usually recorded direct to two-track, the best way to capture the vast swirl and coagulation of the sound.
