V.Hirsch

Vladimír Hirsch (*July 3rd, 1954 in Benešov u Prahy, Czechoslovakia) is Czech composer of specific style, based on an organic amalgam of avantgarde contemporary classical and dark ambient music, called by him as "integrated musical form". His work is represented not only solo projects - he is founder and leader of ensembles of progressive orchestral industrial and dark-ambient music Aghiatrias, Skrol, Zygote (CZ), and Luminar Ax. He was also a member (keyboard player) of experimental post-punk group Der Marabu (1986-95). Typical for his works are new sonic characteristics of classical instruments, created by force of digital technique.
