Awesome producer of dark and intelligent electro. This guy makes some of the best tunes about. He has a distinct sound that always seems to stay fresh and dynamic. The 1st four gassoline, the two SCSI, the I-O and his LP on Touchin Bass are all must have records.
There must be something in the water in Scotland.. The Wee Djs have an UNCANNY knack for making the best hard-industrial electro around! "Tough, brutal, & gritty" are the adjectives that come to mind. Yet, they're not above being deep or funky. If I had a gripe, it's that their tracks tend to be rather short... Regardless, if you dig dark-techy-mental electro; not unlike Carl Finlow, etc.. its worth checking out..
