Another IDM hero who created some high quality music and then disappeared without a trace.

The rumor was that most of his tracks were done with Jeskola Buzz on a low-end PC. His tracks now sound less dated than a lot of other later IDM, probably due to his focus on synth programming and satisfying musical content instead of cutesy samples and cheap DSP tricks.

Don't hold your breath for a comeback but his catalog is worth hunting down.

o9 has a distinct sound that is infectious. The structure of his beats with the melodies are everchanging like a growing vine system that quickly but carefully spreads every which way. Overlooked but underrated.

o9 is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! That 7" on Planet-µ is super hard to find but well worth it if found! "Beat Bot" is truly groovin' stuff....best of luck to ya buddy!
