Real Name:Ilpo Karkkainen
Profile:Resound aka Ilpo Karkkainen is an artist, producer and DJ hailing from Tampere, Finland. Already having produced drum & bass for over ten years he's established his sound in the forefront of DNB music today.

On the DJ front he's been delivering sets for years across the europe as well as his resident night Pressure in Tampere, Finland. He is also deeply involved in running Pressure - a club that is known for it's wicked atmosphere and pushing new standards for DNB nights in Finland. Resound also runs a radio show called "Resoundsound" on Bassdrive.com - the original and most popular DNB station on the internet.

His music has received wide support from many of the worlds top DJ's including Bailey, Blame, Doc Scott, Digital, Dylan, Flight, Goldie, Grooverider, Hype, L-Double, London Electricity, Loxy, Pendulum, Raiden, Seba and many more. 2008 will be the year of collaborations with lots of tracks emerging from Resound co-produced with Digital, Loxy, Outrage and Subject 13 to mention but a few.

Ilpo has acquired a bachelors degree in music technology and business administration and runs AUX Media - a company specializing in urban music production and sound design. With video game soundtracks, hiphop and even pop music productions under his belt it's easy to see there are no limits for his creative force.
