- When you buy from our store, wait untill we send you an invoice with the correct shipping and handling fees
- Shipping is through the Belgian national post office or by TNT. Tracking service is included for all shipment in Belgium. For international orders, tracking service is available for an extra 5 Euros fee and if your package weight less than 5 kilos. Please be aware that tracking service doesn't mean your package is insured. So, in case your purchase gets lost or damaged, we cannot offer you a refund. If it happens, please contact immediately your post office.
