About barbeque

This group is intended for people that love barbeque, and techno. I currently use a weber 'smoky mountain' and a classic weber grill. Charcoal and wood only. Ribs, chicken, and brats are what I typically work with but the occasional pork roast or beef brisket I do often. I am constantly in search of a 'better' sauce. I experiment with several methods of red sauce as well as a sweet hot mustard sauce that goes great with pork. Please feel free to join this group and talk about BBQ, and techno.
