We're not judging or criticizing collectors here,Most of us are "guilty" of buying unofficial releases.
BUT we believe the discogs marketplace needs to
strive to properly identify and differentiate Legit from Not Legit.
We encourage discussion, tips, comments about how to identify:
Exact counterfeit vinyl pressings,
Original vinyl pressings,
Legitimate vinyl represses / reissues,
plus posts/links about vaguely related issues like
the (US) RIAA and other international governmental
attempts to reduce freedom in the name
of intellectual property rights.
