well, sir the number 604 wrought its own significance some time ago, being as it is a number similar to the word 'goa'. the story i heard is that someone went to a party, sat down after dancing and happened to glance at a mail bag with the number 604 printed on it. however the bag was folded in such a way that it looked like the word goa.
