DEREK PLASLAIKO

| Spectral Residency 7 Tour |

| Spectral Sound | Bunker, NYC |

This month we present Derek Plaslaiko in Washington, DC on his Spectral Residency 7 Tour. He left us wanting more after his DC debut at Mixed Signals in Dec 2006 and will be tearing up the dancefloor once again.

With a reputation for high energy sets that were versatile and tasteful, Derek slowly became in demand on the Midwestern club circuit; sharing the stage with such techno luminares as John Acquaviva, Kevin Saunderson, Richardo Villalobos, Baby Ford, and Matthew Herbert. It was also during that time Plaslaiko was asked by Carl Craig to perform at the inaugural edition of the Detroit Electronic Music Festival.

In 2003, Plaslaiko became part of the original team of DJs at Detroit’s Untitled parties, sharing a residency with Tadd Mullinix (aka James T. Cotton), Matthew Dear and Mike Servito. In 2004 he made the decision to head east and set up camp in New York City, determined to bring a slice of the Motor City to the Big Apple.

Currently, Derek is one of the resident DJs at the Bunker (Galapagos) in NYC, as well as an integral part of the Wolf + Lamb monthly parties. Most recently, he was honored in the Village Voice 2006’s “Best Of” poll as New York’s Best Techno DJ.

DANNY DEVITO Feat. MEASAX + docindo.dorsey

| Stir Sound |

Once again, we proudly present two of our favorite local DJ's: Danny Devito (Measax + docindo.dorsey) to warm up the dancefloor for Derek. If you missed them last time here's your chance to hear another mind blowing set by these young lads.

AARON ROBINSON

| Mixed Signals | | Proton Radio |

Another one of our local favorites, Aaron Robinson will be starting the night off for us with his smooth, soulful, funky minimal style to ease us into the mood. In today's age of sub-sub-genre formulas, it is rare to find artists who bridge gaps between sounds. Washington, DC based dj Aaron Robinson is not one for the cookie cutter mold.

Drawing from a wide array of musical influences, he deftly crafts sets that walk the line between current styles, pushing the edges of dancefloor sensibility and musical cohesion. Having spent his college years cutting his teeth in the Chicago scene, Aaron is now one of the most polished, experienced young dj's on the circuit. Give him a listen -- your ears will thank you later.
