MYSTERY

Played in January of 1996 or 1997 (can't remember) at a club in NYC by DJs Razor & Skribble, broadcast live on Hot 97.1 FM.
I have been searching for 11 years now and the only clue is that the vocal says "viva la revolucion" ... If it matters, I've heard the same vocal sample in other tracks both newer and older than this mystery.

Another hint is that the recording that I have plays for 7:50 (what you'll hear above is obviously condensed, tho), not including the beat intro that was used to bring this into the DJ's mix, which was probably another 30 to 60 seconds. The DJ plays the record until its very end. So we are forced to assume that the total length of the song is 8:20 to 8:50 and possibly longer. And yes it is a record (no surprise back in 1996) as I can clearly hear vinyl fuzz during some of the quiet sections.
