another favourite of mine is sooo simple: sieved tomatoes (take any brand you experienced to taste yummy), 2 half onions, chili. simmer it until it thickens, at least 30 minutes. put a small pan with a good piece of butter on the cooker and wait until the butter gets brown. pour it into the sauce when it's ready. eat!

It is his birthday and who I was going out with anyway, but I just got off the phone and we are going for a meal at some mad place in Soho where the toilets are made of glass?

Then saturday for the cricket and he is off to the Theatre afterwards, I was invited but declined so I can meet up with some oggers if you still fancy it? Should be out of the cricket by 5pm as we will leave early.

So the rest is up to you lot.
