Surely there are others out there who've paid too much for records that have been fraudulently advertised, and therefore what kind of reparation can the discogs community have against such sellers. Leaving a negative remark on the sellers list doesn't really make up for being ripped off. Are we just fools for even using the service?

I sold a record the other day which the buyer wasn't completly happy with. He sent the record back and I refunded him, I think you'll find most sellers here will do the same.
