I've just received a record advertised as near-mint but it looks like a Douglas Shepard picture, only with more cross-hatching. Surely there are others out there who've paid too much for records that have been fraudulently advertised, and therefore what kind of reparation can the discogs community have against such sellers. Leaving a negative remark on the sellers list doesn't really make up for being ripped off. Are we just fools for even using the service?
